Quick, easy and cheap staple sauce for your #FediKitchen:
- Textured soy protein, bean protein, hemp protein; onion; oil; curry powder; salt and pepper.
Chop the onions and simmer in heated oil with curry powder. Add proteins. Add water to get your preferred viscosity for sauce (note: dried proteins will absorb quite a lot of water). Season with salt and pepper. Keep heating for about 10–15 minutes.
Serve with staple carbohydrates: potatoes (boiled or mashed), rice, pasta, whatever you like.
