@Siph outline.com works on the brazilian news sites I follow.

youtube crappy much?

@Stoori Have you tried using an alternative client for youtube for comparison? There's Invidious on the web and FreeTube for desktop (win/mac/linux).

academics, humor

@Stoori It seems to me their last name is 👨‍❤️‍💋‍👨. Quite concise.

FYI, I just checked. If you live here in Madagascar, use internet on your phone, and are with Telma (the largest phone/internet provider), then buying 1 gigabyte of Facebook/WhatsApp/Instagram access costs only *half* the price of buying 100 megabytes of general internet access.

Capítulo 3 do 元気. Enfim os kanjis estão sendo introduzidos...

fb and other corporate social media

Of course, when FB and other corporate social media will be nationalized as the important public infrastructures as they de facto are, the important thing is to split them so that every country has control over that part of the infrastructure that is used in their country and no country has a say over any other country.

You know, like how the telephone, TV, electricity etc. networks have worked for decades and have still been interoperable internationally.

@Stoori Same. When I don't know or forget a word in english I think "damn, I have to study more". When the same thing happens in portuguese, I think "damn, I'm dumb."

Problema corrigido.

@Stoori Yes, but it's not the same story. The medium IS the message - and the language is part of the medium.

Now, just because it's a different story it does not mean it's a worse story. The original message, in its original format and language, is not inherently superior to its derivative forms. It's quite true that some things are lost in translation, but I think we also gain some things in translation.

slightly nsfw

@amora I'd say to follow it up with a list for all euphemisms for sex, but I guess you have mor things to do in this current lifetime.
